1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in our programs or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. These terms govern your relationship with our educational institution and form a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Enrollment and Registration

To enroll in our courses, students must complete the registration process and provide accurate personal information. Registration approval is subject to approval and seat availability in the requested batch. The institution reserves the right to refuse enrollment without stating a reason.

Upon successful registration, students will receive:

Access to educational materials
Student identification number
Batch allocation details

3. Fee Structure and Payment Terms

All fees must be paid according to the schedule provided at the time of registration. The institution follows a strict payment policy:

Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances
Tuition fees must be paid by the specified dates
Additional charges as outlined in our fee policy will apply for late payments
Non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of enrollment

4. Attendance and Participation

Regular attendance is mandatory for all enrolled students. Our attendance policy includes:

A minimum of 85% attendance is required to be eligible for examinations
Absences must be notified to the administration in advance
Extended absences without notification may result in enrollment cancellation
Make-up classes may be arranged at the institution's discretion

5. Academic Integrity and Code of Conduct

All students are expected to maintain high standards of academic integrity and adhere to the institution's code of conduct:

Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty will not be tolerated
Respectful behavior towards teachers, staff, and peers is mandatory
Damage to institutional property will result in fines and compensation

Violations of these policies may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to warnings, suspension, or expulsion.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All study materials, resources, and content provided by the institution are protected by intellectual property laws:

Materials are provided for personal educational use only
Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of materials is strictly prohibited
Recording classes is not permitted without explicit permission
The institution retains ownership of all original content created during the course

7. Service Termination

The institution reserves the right to terminate educational services in the following circumstances:

Consistent failure to meet attendance requirements
Failure to fulfill payment obligations
Serious violations of the code of conduct
Provision of false information at the time of registration

In the event of termination, students may not be entitled to a refund of fees already paid.

8. Limitation of Liability

The institution strives to provide quality education but does not guarantee specific outcomes or results:

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the institution is located. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
